In 2010, I traveled to the West Bank with the program Shooting Back to work with Palestinian youth and young adults to create photographic stories about their experiences under the Israeli occupation. My focus was really to teach photography and storytelling skills and work in the field with the participants, though I was able to capture some outtakes from our shoots throughout the West Bank in the cities of Ramallah, Bethelehem, Hebron, Qualquilya, Nablus, Jericho, and Jerusalem.
